In general, I'm really finicky about modern art no matter who the artist is, but the work of Nigerian artist Nnenna Okore - or Professor Okore to those of you at North Park University - definitely stands out. Using discarded materials, she creates these amazing pieces and makes me wonder what kind of second life some of my trash could have! I'm especially loving the first piece...what about you?
