Sounds of Africa: Spoek Mathambo

Like the BLK JKS, fellow South African Spoek Mathambo is part of an amazing wave of African musicians that are bursting out of the limitations of what African music "usually sounds like" and I'm loving it! I'm going through a faze where I'm loving dancehall beats (they make running and just about everything else so much more fun) and Spoek Mathambo beats fits right into that vibe. Fader magazine recently did an amazing piece on him that is definitely worth checking out.
