I would love to pretend that going to New York City is not a big deal for me, after all, I use to actually live there! But since we're friends, I'm not going to lie - I'm as giddy as a 5 year old!! Five glorious, warm, sunny, summer days hanging out with friends and family and also just lingering around and exploring the city lay ahead of me in just a matter of hours....

What I'm most looking forward to is spending some quality time in Brooklyn! I feel like I've been in and out forever without really exploring it like I should so I'm taking the time to do just that....
