Yup - you read the title right....despite the amazing painting-like quality of the image before you, this is actually a photograph taking in one of Namibia's Coastal Parks! To accompany a great article by Alexandra Fuller, photographer Frans Lanting captures amazing scenery, with this one clearly standing out. There was so much curiosity about how this shot came about that Lanting did a mini Q&A with National Geographic to tell the story of this single image.
