A new STORY and House of J'ola
After my slight absence, I wanted to share two designers that I love. The first is Story out of South Africa. This 2 year old label is really nice, simple and elegant at the same time. While designer Sanche has a long history in advertising, she has finally been able to get her hand into fashion which she also loves! I'm glad she has!
I also love the designs coming out of House of J'ola. This Nigerian company use of West African prints and also modern style makes it a sure winner in my book!

Oh No! What are you trying to do to me? Fly wax prints? Killer cuts and major African flavor? Stop! I can't take it. House of J'ola makes me want to fly to Nigeria just to go to a fashion show. I can't see any place on the web site to buy. Do they have any U.S. distribution?
