On this day when I have to be in the office by 7AM for a conference call to India, I would so rather sleep in until whenever the spirit behooved me to wake up, make a nice cup of tea and sit on my patio with my new favorite diversion {this month's issue of House Beautiful}.
I was so strangely excited by all this pink in the magazine*, that I was inspired to pick up these beautiful carnations while at the grocery store on Sunday. I love them with this turquoise vase that I nabbed for $4 at my favorite thrift store.

*I have never really gotten the "love of pink" bug until recently, and now I'm totally obsessed with the color....
