Even though there are no designers from Burkina showing at this week's Spring 2010 Fashion Week in NYC, that certainly doesn't mean that Burkina Faso is not beautifully represented. Burkinabe model Georgie Badiel has been gracing the major runways since the beginning of 2008. Top designers like Tracy Reese, Chado Ralph Rucci, Rachel Roy, Prabal Gurung, and my favorite Diane von Furstenberg all have her strutting their seasonal best this week!
