Sounds of Africa: Soultan, Fafadi & Amajan

Gosh! I absolutely love the arrival of the weekend!! My love for the weekend can only be compared to my love of listening to great music which can happen at any hour of any day of the week! This week the song Jokko, a combination of wonderful beats brought together by Moroccan singer Ahmed Soultan and Senegalese artists Fafadi and Amajan, has really had me jamming to and from work as well as throughout the day.

The song is wonderful combination of hip hop and reggae with the artists each incorporating musical elements of their countries. Take a listen and let this lead you into the weekend with a little sway in your hips!
