Art Scene: Manuel Figueira

I am so loving the work of Cape Verdean painter Manuel Figueira. As one of the most famous painters out of Cape Verde (and this is saying a lot as that country seems to have a huge pool of talented artists), Figueira's work has been exhibited throughout the U.S., Portugal, Brazil, Spain, France, Belgium and throughout his home country and is held in private collections in many of these countries.
