Yay!!! A whole week has come and is about to be gone! Got anything exciting lined up for this weekend?

To usher in what I hope to be a lovely weekend, I'm going to leave you with a little bit of Jaqee. This Ugandan singer has been making waves in her adopted home of Sweden and garnering Swedish Grammy nominations. She recently released her third album, Kokoo Girl, which definitely has a reggae/ska vibe going on that I'm loving. While this video is a throwback to her early days, you should definitely check out tracks such as Moonshine, Natty Dread and Land of the Free on the new album.
