Fashion Inspiration

I like to think of myself as a fun, colorful and brave dresser, but when I see looks like this by Norwegian Wood - flowery tank top + wax print skirt + zig zag tights - I realize just how much further I can really push myself. While I doubt I could really rock this look 100% as is, I could definitely grab elements (read: the skirt) and make it my own. Could you rock a look like this?
